- Successfully bringing new technologies to the senior living industry
- Five Year Goals (I want to have tried…”)
- To lead a team within my current employer
- To do at least one project within every LOB of my current employer
- To have led at least one systemic change at my current employer
- One Year Goals:
- Document the books I’ve read, articles I’ve liked, and frameworks I find interesting here on this blog
- Oversee the launch of at least one AI or ML tool
- Engage with a Milwaukee-area network beyond my current employer
- Help my older daughter achieve one personal goal for herself
